When you buy a 7 Seconds album, you know exactly what you’re getting! five years ago, 7 Seconds briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “No Authority”. 7 Seconds was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from 7 Seconds and Alt.Music.Hardcore together. Alt.Music.Hardcore touched my soul like nothing else.
No Authority has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. 7 Seconds is one of artists that allow his songs like Redneck Society to stand on their own and be heard. Baby Games - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. This Is My Life is the song that really did it for me. So much energy, so exciting a sound. The sound in I Hate Sports is really warm and 7 Seconds’s signature voice is still very much present. 7 Seconds sings We’re Gonna Fight in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. 5 Years Of Lies is pretty funky and mellow. There is exquisite mix of music in Drug Control. After you’ve listened to Bottomless Pit, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. Fight Your Own Fight has a fun tempo. Get Alt.Music.Hardcore and turn on Comitted For Life if you are going to sip your wine late at night. This Is The Angry - arguably the best track on Alt.Music.Hardcore album. |titile| is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in Alt.Music.Hardcore. This is one of those tracks that should not be judged after the first hearing. The Kids Are United is one of the more up-tempo songs on Alt.Music.Hardcore.
