I am not a real Dance music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Paradise Blown’ really is amazing. It has been ten years 9 Lazy 9′ last studio CD, “Paradise Blown” which won Array Grammy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. When you buy a 9 Lazy 9 album, you know exactly what you’re getting! To me 9 Lazy 9 is the best band ever.
When I listen to Shak in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. Outside of the singles, my favorite song on Paradise Blown is Turn Me Loose. Edit is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. Black Jesus very upbeat. All Aboard gets you up and jumping. You have to get essence of the Summer’s power, to truly understand this masterpiece. The Herb one of the best in my collection. Brothers Of The Red is worth the money. This track is clearly meant to showcase 9 Lazy 9’s vocal abilities. Spoonful Of Slow has a fun tempo. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion. Not Nice - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. Once you hear Interleud, you will listen to it over and over. It’s also one of those rare songs that touchingly comfort the listener. Music and lyrics of Gossip - Bad Boy creates, for me, fertile ground for daydreaming. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect.
