Since completing 1993’s ‘Si Tu Me Miras’, Alejandro Sanz fulfilled their contract with Columbia Records and where under no obligation to release another album. Since Alejandro Sanz last CD (Si Tu Me Miras) on Columbia Records back in 1993, I have felt a massive void in my life. This disc has all of the essential Alejandro Sanz classics. Enjoy the show.
A Golpes Contra El Calendario - I like this one. In Tu Letra Podre Acariciar Alejandro Sanz is at his best. This is probably my favorite song on the album. Nice and different song. What sets Cuando Acabas Tu apart is Alejandro Sanz’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres. Mi Primera Cancion is astounding. Vente Al Mas Alla is the song that really did it for me. Que No Te Daria Yo is simply perfect. Este Pobre Mortal has a gorgeous instrumental sound, which lets Alejandro Sanz’s strong vocals come to the fore.
