After seeing Divine Revelation, I had to have a good Andrew Hill cd. This is the first studio album from Andrew Hill since bad diagnosis in 1994. It’s natural for Andrew Hill to take a stab at ‘Divine Revelation’ considering her long-professed love for Gustav Holst. Andrew Hill “Divine Revelation” is an amazing album.
July 10th is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. July 10th gets you up and jumping. Voice of Andrew Hill in Here’s That Rainy Day is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant. East 9th Street was the first single release from the album Divine Revelation. Snake Hip Waltz presents the cool mix of instruments on Divine Revelation.
