Since Aphex Twin last CD (I Care Because You Do) on Sparrow Records back in 1995, I have felt a massive void in my life. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Aphex Twin’s album I Care Because You Do falls to No. 2 with 229,000, a sales slide of 91%. I am not a real Experimental music type of person, but i have to admit ‘I Care Because You Do’ really is amazing. Oh yes, this album gets Array out of Array
The Waxen Pith is one of my favorite songs by Aphex Twin. Wax The Nip is Aphex Twin’s best work in years. Icct Hedral (Edit) - For me, this is the best of the album. As always, Aphex Twin’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. Come On You Slags! is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. Start As You Mean To Go On is a bit of a show-tune. Music of Wet Tip Hen Ax # Mookid is gentle, never overbearing. Alberto Balsalm # Cow Cud Is A Twin - Check out that bassline! Next Heap With hits the heart.
