It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Aube energies, virtually a rebirth. Aube’s debut, ‘Magnetostriction’, does not fit easily into one genre. It has been fourteen years Aube’ last studio CD, “Magnetostriction” which won Array MTV Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. Spectrum and Head Demagnetizer is really good.
Head Demagnetizer is maybe the best thing the group’s ever done. Some call Scan from Magnetostriction as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. Paramagnetism sets the tone for the entire album.
