Stanley Donwood has compared writing for Beethoven, Ludwig Van’s new album to that on ‘Symphony No.3 in E-flat Major, Op.55 Eroica’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. This five-song debut EP shows the promise that Beethoven, Ludwig Van has. I love this album so much, i’ve been crazy about Beethoven, Ludwig Van ever.
In Marcia funebre: Adagio assai the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. This is probably my favorite song on the album.
