There is no doubt that Beth Hart Band has talent. Since Beth Hart Band last CD (Immortal) on Blue Note Records back in 1996, I have felt a massive void in my life. John Digester has compared writing for Beth Hart Band’s new album to that on ‘Immortal’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. If you love Beth Hart Band as much as I do, then Beth Hart Band Immortal is the CD for you!
Burn Chile - This one makes me want to not only sing along. Beth Hart Band sings his heart out in Am I The One. Put God Bless You into car stereo for your highway driving Summer Is Gone - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. State Of Mind is a very catchy tune. The sound in Isolation is really warm and Beth Hart Band’s signature voice is still very much present. Spiders In My Bed is the album’s biggest hit, I think. Run had me crying as I was able to relate so well. Hold Me Through The Night is so unique, as each one of the songs is. Blame The Moon - My least favorite song on this album. Ringing is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music.
