I am not a real Instrumental music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Kar Kar’ really is amazing. This is one of the best Cd’s Boubacar Traore has dropped to date. This eleven-song debut EP shows the promise that Boubacar Traore has. I wish that “Kar Kar” album was instrumental.
Secheresse is worth the money. Santa Mariya is simply exquisite. Only one song from Kar Kar named Kavana really got me. Kevalle - a classic song. Kar Kar is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. I like Badialo because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. What sets Sougourouny apart is Boubacar Traore’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres.
