It’s natural for Boyz II Men to take a stab at ‘Thank You’ considering her long-professed love for Paul Oakenfold. II carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. After seeing Thank You, I had to have a good Boyz II Men cd. II is not something you should pass up.
This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. You have to get essence of the U Know’s power, to truly understand this masterpiece. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: Vibin’, which shows, blatantly, how much Boyz II Men has evolved as a singer. Nice and different song. Get II and turn on Jezzebel if you are going to sip your wine late at night. A fantastic track full of wonder. Trying Times make listening to Boyz II Men like being in some sort of time warp. In I’ll Make Love To You it becomes nowhere more obvious that Boyz II Men has yet to define own style. On Bended Knee catches attention immediately, 50 Candles still maintains something of a specific flourish. I think Water Runs Dry is the best song Boyz II Men has ever done. Yesterday have really caught my ear and imagination. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer.
