Stanley Donwood has compared writing for Capercaillie’s new album to that on ‘Glenfinnan Songs Of The ‘45′ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Capercaillie’s debut, ‘Glenfinnan Songs Of The ‘45′, does not fit easily into one genre. Capercaillie had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. This is my first Capercaillie Album and i must say i am blown away.
This track is just a stunning masterpiece. Smuladh Mi’s Mi Air Maineol one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. Clo Mhic ‘ille Mhicheil one of the best in my collection. Capercaillie rocks harder than ever with Alasdair’s Tune. Listening to Oran Eile Don Phrionnsa you can hear that Capercaillie has still amazing chemistry with band members. Capercaillie has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. Oran Air Bhreith A Phrionnsa Tearlaich is beautiful, yet underrated track. If you are a Capercaillie fan, you will love Oran Do Loch Iall.
