It has been fifteen years Celine Dion’ last studio CD, “A L’Olympia” which won Array Grammy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. It’s natural for Celine Dion to take a stab at ‘Des Mots Qui Sonnent’ considering her long-professed love for Universal Soul. This disc has all of the essential Celine Dion classics. Oh yes, this album gets Array out of Array
Music in Were Does My Heart Beat Now is gorgeous as in all tracks of A L’Olympia. As always, Celine Dion’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. Je Danse Dans Ma Tete defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. Calling You - I just love it. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. Medley Starmania is a bit different from Celine Dion stereotypical stuff. Le Blues Du Businessman is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. Excellent vocals and musical performances. Love Can Move Mountains is nothing but pure genius. Ziggy (Un Garcon Pas Comme Les Autres) was the first single release from the album A L’Olympia. The Power Of Love is the song that really did it for me. Celine Dion is one of artists that allow his songs like Quand On N’a Que L’Amour to stand on their own and be heard.
