It has been fourteen years Chris Norman’ last studio CD, “Midnight Lady” which won Array Emmy� Awards and was nominated for album of the year. ‘Midnight Lady’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. fourteen years ago, Chris Norman briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “For The Good Years”. This album is awesome.
For The Good Years - A nice song. Here Comes The Night is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. Hunters Of The Night - arguably the best track on Midnight Lady album. Its A Tragedy is a striking and quite long song. Love is… is excellent and different song. Midnight Lady is a bit different from Chris Norman stereotypical stuff. In No Arms Can Ever Hold You Chris Norman spins a tale you want to hear to the end. This track is clearly meant to showcase Chris Norman’s vocal abilities. Musically Sarah ( You Take My Breath Away) is superior to other tracks in Midnight Lady. She Said She Was A Lucky Girl is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. Some Hearts Are Diamonds is a fine track on any terms. Stop at Nothing is beautiful, yet underrated track. Till The Night We’ll Meet Again is the albums biggest surprise. Charming song, great melody. I find myself hearing bits of Woman In Love here and there throughout my waking hours.
