There were many famous songs of Clannad available. ‘Rogha The Best Of Clannad’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Clannad energies, virtually a rebirth. Rogha The Best Of Clannad touched my soul like nothing else.
In A Lifetime as a highlight of Rogha The Best Of Clannad contains a ton of exquisite melodies. Clannad has astounded me with this amazing track. Put Thios Fa’n Chosta into car stereo for your highway driving Indoor is a medium tempo tune. Blackstairs is a striking and quite long song. In Ta ‘me Mo Shui it becomes nowhere more obvious that Clannad has yet to define own style. It took me a little time but I ended up loving Northern Skyline. I’ve found myself listening to Together We back to back and back many times. Best song on the album, love it. 09 - Journey’s End great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.What sets In Search Of A Heart apart is Clannad’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres. Now Is Here is a good listen every once in a while. Some of the arrangements found on Rogha The Best Of Clannad are surprisingly edgy. Ancient Forest is nothing but pure genius. Seachran Charn Tsiail is one of my favorite songs by Clannad. Closer To Your Heart is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. I listened to the opening track Second Nature and liked it a lot.
