I am not a real Electronic music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Electric Love’ really is amazing. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Depeche Mode energies, virtually a rebirth. This is one of the best Cd’s Depeche Mode has dropped to date. I greatly enjoyed this CD.
Alex Sacher - Sister Of Night is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song. This song is like perfectly aged vintage bordeaux wine not a tequila shot. Song No Comment - Walking In My Shoes is actually a funny song. Dorsetshire - Master and Servant pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music. This is one of those songs that musicians strive to write and create. Still going through Electric Love and coming to appreciate En Counter - The Love Thieves more and more with every listen. Cultivated Bimbo - New Life is the funkiest number on the album. Nice and different song. Strong, powerful vocals of Depeche Mode in Psyche - Lie To Me are very impressive. X-Act - Barrel Of A Gun is outstanding work of Depeche Mode. Children Within - Waiting For The Night - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. Automatic - It’s No Good (3:54) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! Alex Sacher - Freestate - My least favorite song on this album. State Machine - Stripped has a gorgeous instrumental sound, which lets Depeche Mode’s strong vocals come to the fore.
