It has been fifteen years Dinosaur Jr.’ last studio CD, “Quest” which won Array Academy Awards� and was nominated for album of the year. Now signed to Dinosaur Jr.’s Capitol Records, the title track from second album “Quest” leads Dinosaur Jr.’s back-to-school campaign. This is one of the best Cd’s Dinosaur Jr. has dropped to date. IT makes me wanna dance!
It’s such an underrated song. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion. Forget it is astounding song though, very addictive. Kracked (live) is the most memorable and exquisite. Keeblin’ is a medium tempo tune. It took me a little time but I ended up loving Severed Lips (Mark Goodier session). Get Me (John Peel session) is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. The first time I listened to Thumb (Mark Goodier session) I was struck by its perfect sound. Charming song, great melody.
