Since DJ Dado last CD (The Album) on Sparrow Records back in 1996, I have felt a massive void in my life. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of DJ Dado on ‘Metropolis’. It has been four years DJ Dado’ last studio CD, “The Album” which won Array Emmy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. This is one of DJ Dado best albums
DJ Dado is hitting on all cylinders in The legend of babel. X-files is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. All of songs on The Album and have something to say letting alone Dreaming. Mission impossible theme makes a person feel amazing. From the moment you listen to Temple of fire you’re hooked. In Solar wind you won’t find any flashy solos. This song is like perfectly aged vintage bordeaux wine not a tequila shot. In Broke your heart full palet of sound is used by DJ Dado to accentuate the presentation. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on The Album. Desert of sadness - This is a very lively song. Floreal world is probably one of DJ Dado’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. DJ Dado offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. I can’t stop humming along The end of journey.
