I’m Thinking Tonight Of My Blue Eyes motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. Mary Of The Wild Moor sets the tone for the entire album. Some of the arrangements found on Heartsongs: Live from Home are surprisingly edgy. This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. Applejack is one of the more up-tempo songs on Heartsongs: Live from Home. Only one song from Heartsongs: Live from Home named Coat Of Many Colours really got me. Smoky Mountain Memories (4:11) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! Night Train To Memphis is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. What A Friend We Have In Jesus one of the best in my collection. Hold Fast To The Right pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. This song is dynamic and dramatic. Barbara Allen is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. Brave Little Soldier - For me, this is the best of the album. To Daddy is the funkiest number on the album. Dolly Parton emotions are reflected through True Blue. In Longer Than Always the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation. Wayfaring Stranger is the first taste of the new album. My Tennessee Mountain Home has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. Heartsong (1) gets you up and jumping. Cas Walker Theme makes a person feel marvelous. It’s such an underrated song. PMS Blues is probably the most interesting track on Heartsongs: Live from Home.
