Stanley Donwood has compared writing for Electronic - Various Artists’s new album to that on ‘Dario - Freestyle Vol. 1′ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. It has been fifteen years Electronic - Various Artists’ last studio CD, “Dario - Freestyle Vol. 1″ which won Array Academy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. Self-described as Electronic with lots of words, Electronic - Various Artists comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. Great Electronic right here!
Now That Its Over (Artie) is so unique, as each one of the songs is. Song Dreams In The Night (Dario) is actually a funny song. Dont Stop The Rock (Freestyle) is one of the best records ever. Some call Its Automatic (Freestyle) from Dario - Freestyle Vol. 1 as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. I can’t stop playing Died In Your Arms (Intonation feat. Joee). This track is clearly meant to showcase Electronic - Various Artists’s vocal abilities. A fantastic track full of wonder. This track is just fantastic from start to finish. Mega Mix - 4. Highway Of Love (Johnny O.) is another favourite of mine. Mega Mix - 5. The Musics Got Me (Johnny O.) is exquisite and different song. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. Shake Shake (Jonny Z.) is gorgeous work of Electronic - Various Artists. I now have Forgive Me (Jose Bohn) as one of my personal favorites. I like the agression and power of LOve Cant Wait (Lil Suzy). This song may be the most meaningful. Let The Music Play (Shannon) is one of the more up-tempo songs on Dario - Freestyle Vol. 1. Blew our minds when we first heard Dreamin Of Love (Stevie B.). Funky Melody (Stevie B.) is probably the highlight of the album. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Cry A Million Tears (Timmy T.). Electronic - Various Artists allows each song to breathe and flourish.
