It’s natural for Electronic - Various Artists to take a stab at ‘Geiger Counter (Axiome)’ considering her long-professed love for 2 Unlimited. Electronic - Various Artists was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Electronic - Various Artists and Krafty Move CD1 together. Lead single “Geiger Counter (Axiome)” and “Der Telefon Anruf (Welle: Erdball)” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. I wish that “Krafty Move CD1″ album was instrumental.
Music and lyrics of Der Telefon Anruf (Welle: Erdball) creates, for me, fertile ground for daydreaming. Autobahn (Tragic Comedy) makes a person feel amazing. This track is a killer, it just grabs you instantly. The sound in Showroom Dummies (Thee Hyphen) is really warm and Electronic - Various Artists’s signature voice is still very much present. Taschenrechner (Black Wedding) is perfect. The Man Machine (Xcr) is astounding. Antenna (Psyche) is a very catchy tune. Numbers (Aiboforcenk) is a great opener for Krafty Move CD1. Blew our minds when we first heard Computer Love (Laura Effect). Tour De France (Ionic Vision) to me is the best you can get from Electronic - Various Artists. Die Roboter (P.O.D.) has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Metal On Metal (Fading Colours) - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. Electric Cafe (Xingu Hill) as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature.
