Can’t Hold On is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. Got To Move is simple, dignified and effective, Fleetwood Mac refusing to over-emote, and demonstrating that less is more. Green Manalishi is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track Fleetwood Mac ever produced. This track is just a stunning masterpiece. Madison Blues is Fleetwood Mac’s best work in years. Oh Well is the funkiest number on the album. It’s so catchy, it’s amazing. Red Hot Mama is a song to savor, to listen to from every angle. Madison Blues Live couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Sandy Mary. After you’ve listened to Teenage Darling, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. World In Harmony is the more seemingly obscure song on Madison Blues Live that bear up best to repeated listening.
