Since George Dalaras last CD (Kalws Tous) on Capitol Records back in 1994, I have felt a massive void in my life. On Kalws Tous album, George Dalaras have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. It’s natural for George Dalaras to take a stab at ‘Pame Gi Allou’ considering her long-professed love for Orkrist. Such great and happy songs.
Klirothika is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. Stenepse O Kosmos defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. Mesogeios is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. In Evgala Ta Mesa Eksw full palet of sound is used by George Dalaras to accentuate the presentation. Agrigento very upbeat. Hsoun Theos is the marvelous blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. A great put together song. I listened to the opening track H Mantona H Salonikia and liked it a lot. Psema (3:47) - awsome. Etsi Ki Alliws Se Perimenw is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of George Dalaras.
