Since Haddaway last CD (Haddaway “Catch A Fire” (Single)) on Sparrow Records back in 1995, I have felt a massive void in my life. Since completing 1995’s ‘Catch A Fire (Radio Edit)’, Haddaway fulfilled their contract with Sparrow Records and where under no obligation to release another album. This five-song debut EP shows the promise that Haddaway has. Great Dance right here!
Catch A Fire (Extended Version) is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. After about the third Catch A Fire (Catania’s Maxi Version) listen through, I began to believe this song is Haddaway’s essence. Catch A Fire (House Mix) is a strong cut, one of many.
