It has been five years Happy Rhodes’ last studio CD, “Building The Colossus” which won Array MTV Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. Building The Colossus carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. Building The Colossus isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. Building The Colossus is not something you should pass up.
Happy Rhodes is hitting on all cylinders in Just Like Tivoli. Dying is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is Collective Heart. From the moment you listen to Building The Colossus you’re hooked. Omar - This one makes me want to not only sing along. I love the melodic melody of Pride and to this day it makes me feel good. You Never Told Me one of the best in my collection. The first time I listened to If I Ever See The Girl Again I was struck by its cool sound. This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. Once Big Dreams, Big Life gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Glory.
