Cafe Del Mar - Volumen Dos isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. IF YOU LIKE ALL House - Various Artists’S SONG GO FOR IT! House - Various Artists had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. If you love House - Various Artists as much as I do, then House - Various Artists Cafe Del Mar - Volumen Dos is the CD for you!
Tarenah (Chill Mix) (Psychedelic Research Lab) is astounding. In D*Votion (D*Note) House - Various Artists spins a tale you want to hear to the end. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. Simple and heartfelt closing track Entre Dos Aguas (Paco De Lucia) closes Cafe Del Mar - Volumen Dos on a high note. Unity (Marc Antoine) - This one makes me want to not only sing along. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Sargasso Sea (Salt Tank). (The Making Of….) Jill (Mark’s & Henry’s) is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track House - Various Artists ever produced. Everyboy Loves The Sunshine (Ramp) is a song that takes you on the journey before it reaches the conclusion. Once Feel Good (Deadbeats) gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. Blinky Blue Eyed Sunshine (The Metaluna Mutant) is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. Only one song from Cafe Del Mar - Volumen Dos named Haunted Dancehall (Sabres of Paradise) really got me.
