This is one of the best Cd’s Inspiral Carpets has dropped to date. After seeing Real Thing, I had to have a good Inspiral Carpets cd. There is no doubt that Inspiral Carpets has talent. If I may, I suggest “Real Thing”. That one song is amazing!
There is perfect mix of music in Song For A Family. Get Life and turn on This Is How It Feels if you are going to sip your wine late at night. Directing Traffik (3:55) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! Besides Me - I like this one. Many Happy Returns is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. This is the most melodic ambitious and satisfying track in Life. She Comes In The Fall presents the marvelous mix of instruments on Life. Monkey On My Back is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. Sun Don’t Shine has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Inside My Head - This one is lively and fun. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. Sackville on Life is solid and easy to listen to.
