Joe Hill is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart. Ballad Of Sacco And Vanzetti is really the reason why I recommend buying Diamonds: a Joan Baez CD2. Stewball is the albums biggest surprise. This is the most melodic ambitious and satisfying track in Diamonds: a Joan Baez CD2. Don’t judge I Shall Be Released on the first listening. In Suzanne the music gets its power. Best song on the album, love it. After you’ve listened to Amazing Grace, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. All of songs on Diamonds: a Joan Baez CD2 and have something to say letting alone Lily Rosemary And The Jack Of Hearts. The sound of Night They Drove Old Dixie Down is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created. It’s also one of those rare songs that touchingly comfort the listener. Oh Happy Day is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations.
