Blew our minds when we first heard Love Is A Many Splendored Thing. Music of Blackwell’s Message is gentle, never overbearing. In Laura the music gets its power. I love the melodic melody of Introspection and to this day it makes me feel good. Joe Lovano must have run out of lyrics on the next track In The Land Of Ephesus. Some of the arrangements found on Tenor Legacy are surprisingly edgy. Web Of Fire is an incredible song that has everything it needs to be another favorite track. Rounder’s Mood is absolutely incredible. Bread And Wine is the most memorable and marvelous.
