This is the first studio album from Johannes Schmoelling since bad diagnosis in 1995. Songs No Words - Lieder ohne Worte constantly brilliant.
It’s so catchy, it’s amazing. I now have Spinning Wheel as one of my personal favorites. Jester’s Nightwatch great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.I hope to keep hearing Johannes Schmoelling works for a long time to come. Overall a nice softer song. After about the third Hymnus listen through, I began to believe this song is Johannes Schmoelling’s essence. Maypole Song is a catchy, up-tempo track that has influence of music streams without leaning too much in that direction. Funeral March is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations.
