John Campbell Howlin Mercy MP3

John Campbell Howlin Mercy imageJohn Campbell’s debut, ‘Howlin Mercy’, does not fit easily into one genre. Since completing 1993’s ‘Ain’t Afraid Of Midnight’, John Campbell fulfilled their contract with Sparrow Records and where under no obligation to release another album. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of John Campbell energies, virtually a rebirth. This is one of the best cd’s i have heard through the whole thing.

When The Levee Breaks is a good listen every once in a while. Down In The Hole is astounding. Look What Love Can Do to me is the best you can get from John Campbell. Saddle Up My Pony (7:16) - awsome. Firin Line is amazing song though, very addictive. Love’s Name which is my favorite is a truly John Campbell sounding song. Written In Stone is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of John Campbell. Wolf Among The Lambs - This is a very lively song.
