‘Castles Th The Sky’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. There is so much to love about John Kerr, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. This is one of the best Cd’s John Kerr has dropped to date. This album is awesome.
Like A Moth To The Flame - arguably the best track on Castles Th The Sky album. Charming song, great melody. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is In and Out Of Clouds. This song is like perfectly aged vintage bordeaux wine not a tequila shot. As Ships In The Night make listening to John Kerr like being in some sort of time warp. A New Day’s Dawning is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. John Kerr breathes new life into the music in From Kingdom Come. You and Me one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. Don’t judge Auf Wiedersehen on the first listening. Castles is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. Love You is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart.
