Authentic Precolombian Music Rituals isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Jorge REYES energies, virtually a rebirth. This is one of the best Cd’s Jorge REYES has dropped to date. One of Jorge REYES’s best albums yet.
Los Senores Del Tiempo has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. Nahui Atl (Cuatro Agua) is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. Vines Of The Serpent gives good insight into the truths. Oracion A Los Espiritus Del Viento Nocturno is really the reason why I recommend buying Authentic Precolombian Music Rituals. I think Danza Del Chapareke is the best song Jorge REYES has ever done. Overall a nice softer song. I like El Ahua Y Los Suenos because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is Little Flowers Of The Gods (Oracion) because the melody in the chorus is so good.
