Good Times is an amazing album, racked with beauty.This album has some very good songs like Good Times and Country Junky. Since Kool and the Gang last CD (Good Times) on Sparrow Records back in 1996, I have felt a massive void in my life. Unappreciated gift to Jazz: Funk
Vocals of Kool and the Gang in Country Junky really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm. The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music. North, East, South, West is one of the best records ever. In Making Merry Music the music gets its power. I Remember John W. Coltrane without a doubt is the standout song of Good Times. Rated X defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is Father, Father.
