Kool and the Gang was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Kool and the Gang and Music Is the Message together. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Kool and the Gang’s album Music Is the Message falls to No. 2 with 304,000, a sales slide of 61%. There is no doubt that Kool and the Gang has talent. One of Kool and the Gang’s best albums yet.
Electric Frog (Part 1) is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. I can’t stop humming along Electric Frog (Part 2). This track is a killer, it just grabs you instantly. Opening track 05.Love The Life You Live (Parts 1 And 2) shows the best of Kool and the Gang. 06.Stop, Look, Listen (To Your Heart) is really the reason why I recommend buying Music Is the Message. Blowin’ With The Wind makes a person feel excellent. Funky Granny - I like this one.
