After seeing Mother Nozipo, I had to have a good Kronos Quartet cd. This is one of the best Cd’s Kronos Quartet has dropped to date. On Released: 1985-1995 album, Kronos Quartet have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. IF you love Kronos Quartet, ‘Released: 1985-1995′ Mp3’s is the best!
Five Tango Sensations: Asleep - Okay, I just talked about depth. If you are a Kronos Quartet fan, you will love String Quartet No. 4 (Amazing Grace). Different Trains: America - Before The War is one of the more up-tempo songs on Released: 1985-1995. Nice and different song. Salome Dances For Peace: (Excerpt From) The Ecstasy is the most memorable and perfect. Only one song from Released: 1985-1995 named Black Angels: God-Music really got me. This song may be the most meaningful. When I listen to String Quartet No. 5: Movt. III in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. A Cool Wind Is Blowing is kind of track that compels you to skip back and drink it in one more time before moving on through Released: 1985-1995. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. Dinner Music For A Pack Of Hungry Cannibals is the cool blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. This is one of those tracks that should not be judged after the first hearing. Elvis Everywhere is just simply stunning. Purple Haze is nothing but pure genius.
