There were many famous songs of Larry Sparks available. When you buy a Larry Sparks album, you know exactly what you’re getting! Now signed to Larry Sparks’s ForeFront Records, the title track from second album “Classic Bluegrass” leads Larry Sparks’s back-to-school campaign. Classic Bluegrass constantly brilliant.
Kentucky Girl is cool song though, very addictive. The sound of John Deere Tractor is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created. After few listenings I started to like Love Of The Mountains more and more. A Face In The Crowd is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Just Lovin’ You is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. Best song on the album, love it. Cannonball Blues is the excellent blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. Smoky Mountain Memories is such a gorgeous and optimistic song that things can get just better. Roving Gambler is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. Larry Sparks is hitting on all cylinders in You Could Have Called. Don’t Neglect The Rose is the song that really did it for me. Classic Bluegrass couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Great High Mountain. Blue Love is the more seemingly obscure song on Classic Bluegrass that bear up best to repeated listening. I like the idea behind Too Late To Walk The Floor. It’s so catchy, it’s amazing. A fantastic track full of wonder. In Blue Virginia Blues Larry Sparks spins a tale you want to hear to the end.
