After debuting at No. 1 last week, Loreena McKennitt’s album The Mask and Mirror falls to No. 2 with 539,000, a sales slide of 98%. It’s natural for Loreena McKennitt to take a stab at ‘Prospero’s Speech’ considering her long-professed love for 2 Unlimited. Overall, I would highly recommend The Mask and Mirror CD.
Ce He Mise Le Ulaingt The Two Trees is a good listen every once in a while. In Santiago Loreena McKennitt is at his best. This song is dynamic and dramatic. Marrakesh Night Market is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. I hope to keep hearing Loreena McKennitt works for a long time to come. The Bonny Swans - This is a very lively song. As always, Loreena McKennitt’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again.
