I am not a real Metal music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Coffin Man - Slatanic Slaughter II (Tribute)’ really is amazing. Self-described as Metal with lots of words, Metal - Various Artists comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. Since completing 1996’s ‘Read Between The Lies (Anathema)’, Metal - Various Artists fulfilled their contract with Blue Note Records and where under no obligation to release another album. If you love Metal - Various Artists as much as I do, then Metal - Various Artists Coffin Man - Slatanic Slaughter II (Tribute) is the CD for you!
Necrophiliac (Benediction) one is one of the better boring ones. Epidemic (Coffin Man) (2:29) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! The first time I listened to Hell Awaits (Cradle Of Filth) I was struck by its amazing sound. Seasons In The Abyss (Disaffected) is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track Metal - Various Artists ever produced. Angel Of Death (Liers In Wait) - For me, this is the best of the album. Chemical Warfare (Luciferion) - Check out that bassline! Raining Blood (Malevolent Creation) - Metal - Various Artists first major hit. Metal - Various Artists sings his heart out in Die By The Sword (Necrophobic). Praise Of Death (Sinister) is beautiful, yet underrated track. Dead Skin Mask (Unanimated) is one of the best records ever. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Coffin Man - Slatanic Slaughter II (Tribute).
