For older fans Izlamaphobia (Disc 1) will put a massive smile accross your face. When you buy a Muslimgauze album, you know exactly what you’re getting! ‘Izlamaphobia (Disc 1)’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. If I may, I suggest “Hudood Ordinance”. That one song is amazing!
Strong, powerful vocals of Muslimgauze in Gilded Madrasa are very impressive. Moroccan Lemon Chador is the albums biggest surprise. Khadija And Fereshta great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.|titile| is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in Izlamaphobia (Disc 1). Best song on the album, love it. Vocals of Muslimgauze in Kabul Kite really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm. Zindan Bug Pit - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. This song stands out greatly from the others. Cozeur Palm - Check out that bassline! Some of the arrangements found on Izlamaphobia (Disc 1) are surprisingly edgy. It’s such an underrated song. Hammam Jackal - I like this one. Ulug Bek Sextant is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think Almond Pilav Mosaic is my favorite song on Izlamaphobia (Disc 1).
