I like the idea behind Pictures At An Exhibition. Prelude To Coronation Scene (Boris Godunov) is a bit of a show-tune. I have all of Mussorgsky’s tracks and Monologue Of Boris (Boris Godunov) is probably the most his introspective effort. Polonaise (Boris Godunov, Act 3, Scene 2) is a song that takes you on the journey before it reaches the conclusion. Farewell and Death Of Boris (Boris Godunov) is beautiful, yet underrated track.
