This disc has all of the essential My Bloody Valentine classics. After seeing Soft As Snow (But Warm Inside), I had to have a good My Bloody Valentine cd. On Isn’t Anything album, My Bloody Valentine have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. Cool, but I like their other actual stuff better like Isn’t Anything.
My Bloody Valentine is one of artists that allow his songs like Lose My Breath to stand on their own and be heard. Cupid Come pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. (When You Wake) You’re Still In A Dream is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is No More Sorry because the melody in the chorus is so good. Strong, powerful vocals of My Bloody Valentine in All I Need are very impressive. Feed Me With Your Kiss - Check out that bassline! Sueisfine is exquisite work of My Bloody Valentine. I can’t stop humming along Several Girls Galore. You Never Should is a striking and quite long song. Nothing Much To Lose is really the reason why I recommend buying Isn’t Anything. I Can See It (But I Can’t Feel It) is the albums biggest surprise.
