This is the first studio album from Pitch Shifter since bad diagnosis in 1996. Self-described as Industrial with lots of words, Pitch Shifter comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. For older fans Infotainment? will put a massive smile accross your face. Infotainment? is not something you should pass up.
Underachiever good vocals. In (We’re Behaving Like) Insects it becomes nowhere more obvious that Pitch Shifter has yet to define own style. Virus is the song that really did it for me. This song is like perfectly aged vintage bordeaux wine not a tequila shot. This track is just fantastic from start to finish. Bloodsweatsaliva is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. Hangar 84 - Check out that bassline! Whiteout - This is a very lively song. Phoenixology is pretty funky and mellow. Pitch Sampler Vol. 1 is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. Pitch Sampler Vol. 2 - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Pitch Shifter.
