There is so much to love about Samkha, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Samkha carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. Samkha’s debut, ‘Samkha’, does not fit easily into one genre. IT makes me wanna dance!
Music in Piligrim is astounding as in all tracks of Samkha. I find myself hearing bits of Yoke here and there throughout my waking hours. In Crane’s Dance Samkha spins a tale you want to hear to the end. A fantastic track full of wonder. Flame is a very catchy tune. Glass is beautiful, yet underrated track. Still going through Samkha and coming to appreciate Lake more and more with every listen. Capricorn is probably the most interesting track on Samkha.
