This album has some very good songs like Moscow (Medley) and Zabadac. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Saragossa Band’s album Happy Party falls to No. 2 with 234,000, a sales slide of 96%. Lead single “Moscow (Medley)” and “Zabadac” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. Happy Party constantly brilliant.
Zabadac - Check out that bassline! The sound of Agadou is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created. Strong percussion and poignant lyrics of this track really gets under your skin. Angelito De Nero is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. From the moment you listen to Kalimba De Luna you’re hooked. A great put together song. Coco is astounding. Lyrics of Barbados are precise and evocative. Do You Really Want To Hurt Me is probably one of Saragossa Band’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. Vamos A La Playa is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. I now have Sun Of Jamaica as one of my personal favorites. Let’s Dance is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything Saragossa Band released so far. Ramba Zamba (Medley) is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood.
