There is so much to love about Savage, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. I am not a real Dance music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Strangelove’ really is amazing. This sixteen-song debut EP shows the promise that Savage has. It is very deep stuff - very exciting
Such hits like Only You ‘94 (remix by lee mar…) will leave you hooked. Strangelove (radio mix) is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. Celebrate ‘94 is nothing short of a modern masterpiece. In Something More Than This Savage is at his best. I’ve found myself listening to Eyes of the Moon back to back and back many times. And You Are is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything Savage released so far. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Strangelove. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. Ten Years Ago I just LOVE this mix! Don’t Cry Tonight (remix by…) great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.Strangelove (club mix) one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. Strangelove (faxx mix) is the album’s biggest hit, I think. Savage sings Something (progrexo mix) in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. First time I heard Something (loop 2 dub mix) was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.
