Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Seefeel on ‘Utreat (Complete)’. twelve years ago, Seefeel briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “E-Hix”. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Seefeel energies, virtually a rebirth. Such great and happy songs.
Seefeel is hitting on all cylinders in E-Hix. Some of the arrangements found on CH-Vox are surprisingly edgy. When listening to Hive, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. I think Ashdecon is the best song Seefeel has ever done. Net is nothing short of a modern masterpiece.
