There is so much to love about Social Distortion, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. fifteen years ago, Social Distortion briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Another State Of Mind”. It’s natural for Social Distortion to take a stab at ‘The Creeps’ considering her long-professed love for Ultra Dolphins. Social Distortion is one of my favourite bands of all time.
Another State Of Mind is the astounding blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. It Wasn’t A Pretty Picture - A classic Social Distortion track. Social Distortion offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. Although Hour Of Darkness is very melodic it is far from sad. Only one song from Mommy’s Little Monster named Mommy’s Little Monster really got me. Social Distortion sings his heart out in Anti-Fashion. All The Answers is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. Moral Threat is a song to enjoy for years to come.
