This is one of the best Cd’s Sonic Youth has dropped to date. Since Sonic Youth last CD (Experimental Jet Set, Trash and No Star) on Savoy Records back in 1994, I have felt a massive void in my life. Experimental Jet Set, Trash and No Star is an amazing album, racked with beauty.IT makes me wanna dance!
From the sound of it, I believe the song can be a big radio hit. Sonic Youth has astounded me with this amazing track. I came to like Skink. Screaming Skull has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Self-Obsessed and Sexxee - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. Bone is the albums biggest surprise. Androgynous Mind is worth the money. Quest For The Cup motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. Awesome song is really all that you can say about it. Doctor’s Orders - Check out that bassline! Tokyo Eye gives good insight into the truths. Sonic Youth allows each song to breathe and flourish. The sound in Sweet Shiner is really warm and Sonic Youth’s signature voice is still very much present.
