While no new Speedy J album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1995 tour in South America. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Speedy J on ‘The Fun Equations’. There is so much to love about Speedy J, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. This is one of the best cd’s i have heard through the whole thing.
Extruma which is my favorite is a truly Speedy J sounding song. This track is just fantastic from start to finish. In Fill 25 Speedy J spins a tale you want to hear to the end. Lanzarote is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. The Oil Zone marked the continuation of Speedy J in style evolution. This track is a great song that still never gets old. Still going through G Spot and coming to appreciate Fill 17 more and more with every listen. G Spot is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. Music of Grogono is gentle, never overbearing.
