eleven years ago, Steve Roach briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Turning World”. There is so much to love about Steve Roach, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Steve Roach was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Steve Roach and Solitaire Ritual Ground together. I Love Solitaire Ritual Ground from start to finish!
Turning World - Okay, I just talked about depth. North Sky is almost impossible to review. First time I heard Rapt in Darkness was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.Solid Ground is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. Runes is a striking and quite long song. Blew our minds when we first heard In the Forest of Ancient Light.
